Abstract

Lack of vocabulary has been considered the main difficulty for writing in a second language. To enhance performance, a corpus-informed approaches have been proposed. This study (control vs. treatment group design) investigated in what ways a corpus-informed approach impacts L2 writing and how L2 learners (at a university in China) perceive the effects of such materials on their writing.
